Veggie Dip and Sticks

Serving Size = 2 tbsp. of dip, ½ cup raw veggies
  • 8 oz plain yogurt
  • 2 tsp minced fresh dill (or 1 tsp dried dill)
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • Pepper to taste
  • Assorted raw vegetables, cut into slices (we recommend carrots, [br]cucumber, broccoli, and snap peas)
  • Supplies Needed:
  • Cutting Board
  • Measuring Spoons
  • Sharp Knife (to cut vegetables)
  • Medium-Sized Bowl (to mix dip)
  • Small Plates and Paper Cups (for individual servings)
  1. Combine first 5 ingredients and mix well to combine.
  2. Dip sliced veggies of choice into prepared dip and enjoy!
