Ingredients:
4 cups vanilla low-fat ice cream
6 cups root beer or cola, chilled
1/2 cup fat-free caramel sundae syrup

Directions:

  1. Spoon 1/2 cup ice cream into each of 8 (12-ounce) glasses.
  2. Pour 3/4 cup root beer over ice cream in each glass.
  3. Drizzle each serving with 1 tablespoon syrup. Serve immediately.
