Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:
Cooking spray
1 (18.25-ounce) package light devil’s food cake mix
2 tablespoons butter, softened
2 tablespoons water
2 large egg whites
1 large egg
3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. Coat two baking sheets with cooking spray.
  3. Combine the cake mix, butter, water, egg whites and egg in a large bowl.
  4. Beat with an electric mixer at medium speed for 2 minutes.
  5. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  6. Drop by rounded teaspoonsful 2 inches apart onto the prepared baking sheets.
  7. Place the baking sheets in the oven.
  8. Bake 10 minutes.
  9. Remove from the pans with a spatula; cool on wire racks.
  10. Store in an airtight container.
