- ½ cup low fat vanilla yogurt
- Assorted toppings for dipping:
- Honey or cinnamon graham crackers
- Mini dark chocolate chips

- Popsicle Sticks
- Small Bowls (to put toppings in)
- Paper or Plastic Plates for Serving
- Skewer ½ banana onto popsicle stick to create a kabob.
- Dip banana in vanilla yogurt to coat.
