Ingredients:
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/4 cup frozen raspberries
1/4 frozen blueberries
1 cup soy milk, no sugar added
1/4 cup sugar substitute, such as Splenda
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract, no sugar added
Special Equipment: Blender
Preparation:
- Place all the ingredients in a blender.
- Blend on High for 1 to 2 minutes or until the mixture is smooth.
- Pour into three glasses.
