Veggie Dip and Sticks

Serving Size = 2 tbsp. of dip, ½ cup raw veggies
Ingredients
- 8 oz plain yogurt
- 2 tsp minced fresh dill (or 1 tsp dried dill)
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- Pepper to taste
- Assorted raw vegetables, cut into slices (we recommend carrots, [br]cucumber, broccoli, and snap peas)
- Supplies Needed:
- Cutting Board
- Measuring Spoons
- Sharp Knife (to cut vegetables)
- Medium-Sized Bowl (to mix dip)
- Small Plates and Paper Cups (for individual servings)
Instructions
- Combine first 5 ingredients and mix well to combine.
- Dip sliced veggies of choice into prepared dip and enjoy!
