Serving Size = 2 tbsp. of dip, ½ cup raw veggies
Ingredients
8 oz plain yogurt
2 tsp minced fresh dill (or 1 tsp dried dill)
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
Assorted raw vegetables, cut into slices (we recommend carrots,
cucumber, broccoli, and snap peas)
Supplies Needed:
Cutting Board
Measuring Spoons
Sharp Knife (to cut vegetables)
Medium-Sized Bowl (to mix dip)
Small Plates and Paper Cups (for individual servings)
Instructions
Combine first 5 ingredients and mix well to combine.
Dip sliced veggies of choice into prepared dip and enjoy!
