How it works

The KITK Wellness Classes started in March 2013, presenting practical and simple ways families can enhance their lives through healthy lifestyle changes. Starting March 2014, JLFM will offer two classes a month, 10-20 families attending each class. Local organizations will be involved in leading classes and training JLFM members

 What’s the impact?

In addition to motivating families to aspire to make healthy lifestyle choices, JLFM members will learn how to conduct classes and workshops, develop public speaking skills, build partnerships with area organizations, market events, develop resources parents can take home, and develop a curriculum.
